Who we are
We’re a free church near the town centre, for all generations and nationalities. Every Sunday we hold a service at 10.30 with a programme for children. We’re an open community where you can explore faith and meet others curious about Christianity.
Community matters at Bykirken. We eat together a lot and have a variety of groups for all ages. We also hold international gatherings and services in English. Bykirken has been a familiar part of Vejle’s townscape since 1924.

Try Alpha
Alpha is a course for anyone who is curious about faith or has questions about Christianity. We eat together, listen to a talk and chat in small groups. No question is too simple or too provocative. The course runs over seven evenings in the autumn and is free, though we share the cost of the meal at DKK 30 per evening.

You’re warmly welcome to our service every Sunday at 10.30. We also have a great programme in our children’s and junior church. Do come a little early — we’ll treat you to a cup of coffee from 10.00.
